Q1: Do you ship outside United States?

A: Yes, we ship worldwide.

Q2: What is shipping cost outside United States?

A: Shipping is Free of Cost Worldwide.

Q3:Free shipping is applicable for all the countries?

A:Yes. The shipping is Free to all countries. To comply with law, we don't ship to countries that are sanctioned by United States & UN (OFAC list).

Q4: Which carrier do you use to ship?

A:We use DHL, DPEX and FEDEX for shipment.

Q5:What if my shipment is lost?

A:This is a rare scenario. If it ever happens, we will ship another item for you Free of Cost. We are responsible for delivering the order to your door.

Q6: How much time it takes for delivery?

A: It depends on the country but the shipment is fast as we use DHL for our shipments. After shipment, it usually takes 3 to 5 days for delivery.

Q7: My item is still not arrived, what should I do?
