How Ordering Works

There are four steps to order a custom letterman jacket.

1. Complete the form using your school or team's colors, lettering, and artwork. JPG, PNG, PDF or AI is fine; even a picture of an old jacket will do.
2. You will receive a quote and a digital mockup to see your colors, letter placement and patches.
3. We make your custom varsity jacket. It usually takes 10–15 days to produce.
4. Final photos are approved prior to shipping (USA shipping is free).

You don't have to pay anything prior to the mockup, making sure that what you receive is always exactly what you requested.

Pricing & Turnaround

The price of a custom varsity jacket starts at $255. The price varies slightly with a few changes. Most important is the type of sleeve material; leather sleeves or a leather body are the top-of-the-line options. The number of patches or letters and additional lining are also factors.

Standard production is 10 to 15 business days and could be reduced to 5 to 7 business days if your event date requires rush production. Bulk and team orders are quoted for the group rather than per jacket, so your school or club will receive pricing based on the total order quantity.

Caring for Your Varsity Jacket

Spot clean the wool body and store your varsity jacket on a padded hanger, away from direct sunlight. Do not machine wash it. Leather sleeves should be conditioned with a quality leather conditioner every couple of months to keep them soft and help prevent cracking.

Avoid rubbing varsity jackets with chenille letters against rough surfaces or sharp zippers, as the lettering may fray. When not in use, store your jacket in a breathable cloth garment bag rather than a plastic bag.

2. Secondly, there is a consultant who returns a quote and a mock-up for your approval. You can see the made-to-order parka before it is made.
3. Third, we make your custom winter parka to your precise dimensions and usually deliver within 4-6 weeks based on the complexity.
4. Fourth, you see pictures of the completed jacket before we ship it to you with free U.S. shipping. There's no charge until you sign the mockup, so each and everything from the initial design to the final print remains in your hands.

Pricing & Turnaround

Most custom parka jackets range in price starting from $295. The price increases depending on the complexity of the design, features and fabric used.

The most expensive factor is the shell material. Leather is at the top of the range, and technical fabrics such as polyester or nylon are in the mid-range. They provide great value for day-to-day wear.

The other factors of the final quote are added incrementally, such as insulation grade, fur trim, embroidered logos and removable lining.

Turnaround is 4-6 weeks from approved mockup to finished product. We give you a clear estimate before the production of your piece begins.

Caring for Your Custom Parka

Generally, technical shells can be washed in the washing machine on a gentle cycle, using a mild detergent.

However, leather shells must be conditioned regularly and not machine-washed. Washing should be followed by drying with a tennis-ball tumble to restore loft to down insulation.

A soft brush between wears, and storing your parka in a breathable garment bag during the off-season are the best practices for fur trim.
