How We Make and Personalize Your Hat

1. Include your consultation form with your design concept, dimensions of your head, and any logo/artwork files that you have in JPG, PNG, PDF, or AI formats.
2. We will generate your quotation along with a digital mockup of how your embroidery, engraving, logo, patch, or other requirements can be placed on your item.
3. Once you approve the mockup, our master leatherworkers cut, shape, stitch, and finish your hat in 2-3 weeks.
4. Before shipping, we send photos of your completed hat for review. After your approval, we ship your order nationwide at no additional shipping cost. We also never charge for your order before you approve the digital mockup.

You can expect to pay a price starting from $199 for custom cowboy hats. Your final quotation depends on the leather that you choose, the intricacy of the embroidery or engraving, and even the addition of custom hat bands and leather patches.

The production process takes about 2 or 3 weeks, where all orders are made based on your mockup, which will be sent to you for your approval prior to the start of production. No hidden fees or costs because we give you an explanation of all the costs involved prior to the start of production.

This eliminates the need to visit a local hat store for the measurements and consultation. You can complete the entire process remotely before we ship your finished hat nationwide.

Caring for Your Leather Hat

Conditioning regularly ensures that the leather remains moist and not dried out - the same care routine applies to men's zipper boots and any other leather goods you're pairing with your hat, so one conditioning session can cover your full western outfit. In the case where your hat gets wet, you should let it air dry at room temperature without exposing it to heat.

Ensure that the hat is stored inverted either on the crown or suspended by a hook rather than being laid out flat on its brim. Wipe off the sweat band with a damp cloth.
